Dov Kotler

Chief Executive Officer

Dov Kotler took office as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Management of Bank Hapoalim on October 1, 2019. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr Kotler held several executive management roles, Including as Chairman of iintoo Ltd. (2015-2019), CEO of Isracard Ltd. (2009 – 2015), CEO of Prizma Ltd. (2006 – 2007), CEO of Bank Igud (2003 – 2005) and as CEO of Visa Cal Ltd. (2000 – 2003). Mr Kotler holds a BA in Economics and a Master's Degree in Business and Management (Finance), both from Tel Aviv University.  He is a graduate of the Harvard University Executive Program.

Yael Almog

Yael Almog

Chief Legal Advisor
Ms. Almog joined Bank Hapoalim in June 2017 upon her appointment to the Board of Management as Head of Stakeholders Engagement. She was appointed to her current role in March 2018.
Before joining the Bank, she served as the executive director of the IFRS Foundation in London (2012-2017) and as a Senior Advisor to the Chairman and as the Director of the International Affairs Department of the Israel Securities Authority (2006-2012). Prior to this Ms. Almog served in the Economic Crime Division at the Tel-Aviv District Attorney's Office, Ministry of Justice.
Ms. Almog has a Law degree from Tel Aviv University and Masters in Law Degree from Columbia University Law School, New York.
Yadin Antebi

Yadin Antebi

Head of Financial Markets and International Banking

Mr. Antebi serves as member of the Board of Management since July 23, 2013. Senior Deputy Managing Director, Head of Financial Markets and International Banking.
From July 2013 and until May 2018 Senior Deputy Managing Director, Head of Finance (CFO). From February 2011 and until July 2012 CEO at DS Investment House.From September 2005 and until December 2009 Commissioner of Capital Markets, Insurance & Savings at the Ministry of Finance.
Mr. Antebi has a BA in Economics and Accounting and a Master's degree in Business and Management (Finance) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Certified Accountant.

Amir Bachar

Chief Risk Officer

Eti Ben-Zeev

Eti Ben-Zeev

Head of Information Technology – CIO
Ms. Ben-Zeev joined Bank Hapoalim in 2010 and was appointed to the Board of Management in February 2016. Before joining the Board, she served as Application Development Division Manager (2014-2015) and IT Infrastructure & CTO Division Manager (2010-2014).
Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Ben-Zeev retired as Lieutenant Colonel from an elite R&D unit of the Israeli Intelligence Corps, following 21 years of service, where she led a variety of large scale, complex organizations and projects.
Ms. Ben-Zeev holds a BSc degree in Mathematics & Computer Science and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
Tzahi Cohen

Tzahi Cohen

Head of Corporate Banking
Mr. Cohen joined Bank Hapoalim in 1994 and was appointed to the Board of Management in July 2012 as Chief Risk Officer. He was appointed to his current role in March 2018. Prior to these roles, Mr. Cohen fulfilled several senior positions including Head of Credit Analysis and Project Finance in the Corporate Banking Division.
Mr. Cohen has a BSc. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology and a MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Yael Dromi

Head of Stakeholder Relations
Ms. Dromi joined Bank Hapoalim in March 2018 upon her appointment to the Board of Management.Before joining the Bank, she served as Managing Partner in My Storiez (2014-2017) and as an Editor and Senior Editorialist for the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper (1999-2014).Ms. Dromi has a BA in Psychology and Communication from Tel Aviv University.

Amit Oberkovich

Head of Human Resources

Mr. Oberkovich joined Bank Hapoalim in December 2019 upon his appointment to the Board of Management as Head of Human Resources.
Before joining the Bank, Mr. Oberkovich served as VP of Organization and Human Resources at the Israel Electric Corporation (IEC). His various other roles at IEC include: Deputy VP of Human Resources, Planning and Development, Member of the Board of Directors, and other positions in the Production and Energy Division and in the Engineering Projects Division.
Mr. Oberkovich also volunteers as a Member of the Executive Board  of AV Israel, a non-profit organization dedicated to children with hearing loss and their families.
Mr. Oberkovich holds a B.A. degree in Business from the University of Derby,
and two master's degrees: an M.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Derby with a specialization in strategic management; He is also a graduate of the Wexner Senior Leaders Program at Harvard University and  a guest lecturer at the Tel Aviv University's Department of Labor Studies, , and in the Lahav programs for senior executives.

 

Zeev Hayo

Zeev Hayo

Chief Internal Auditor
Mr. Hayo has been with Bank Hapoalim since 1990 and was appointed to the Board of Management in July 2014 as Chief Internal Auditor, Head of Internal Audit in Israel and Abroad. Prior to joining the Board, he served as Financial Market Operational Services Division Manager (2012-2014) and Financial Asset Manager Services Division Manager (2006-2012).
Mr. Hayo has a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Dalit Raviv

Head of Retail Banking
Ms. Raviv joined Bank Hapoalim in 1992 and was appointed to the Board of Management as Head of Retail Banking in November 2019. 
Prior to her current role, Ms. Raviv served as Head of the Commercial Banking Division (2016 – 2019), and as Head of Platinum Banking (2013 – 2016).
Ms. Raviv holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Ben Gurion University, with a specialization in Finance and a Master's degree in Business and Administration (Finance and Insurance) from Tel Aviv University.

Ram Gev

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gev joined Bank Hapoalim in January 2020 upon his appointment to the Board of Management as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Before joining the Bank, Mr. Gev served as CFO of Isracard Ltd. (2011 – 2019), and as CFO of Harel Finance Group (2007 – 2011).
He also served as Deputy Manager of the Corporate Department at the Israel Securities Authority from 2001 – 2007.
Mr. Gev holds a BA in Economics and Accounting and a Master's degree in Business and Administration (Finance), both summa cum laude from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a Certified Accountant.

Ofer Levy

Ofer Levy

Chief Accountant
Mr. Levy joined Bank Hapoalim in 1981 and was appointed to the Board of Management in 2006. Prior to that, he served as Manager of the Comptrolling Division for ten years.
Mr. Levy is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Golan Scherman

Head of Innovation
Mr. Scherman joined Bank Hapoalim in 1995 and was appointed to the Board of Management in February 2018. Before joining the Board of Management, he served as Head of Retail Banking Branches (2015-2018).
Mr. Scherman has a BA in Economics from the Bar Ilan University and an MBA from Ben Gurion University.
