In September 2017, Hapoalim (Switzerland) Ltd. decided to wind down its business activities.
As part of the asset purchase agreements, clients of Hapoalim (Switzerland) Ltd. in Switzerland and Luxembourg were transferred to Bank J. Safra Sarasin and Hyposwiss Private Bank Genève SA.

On October 29,  2021, Deloitte Tax and Consulting S.à r.l. has been appointed  as liquidator of Hapoalim (Luxembourg) S.A.
