Flexibility is the Key

We realize that if you conduct most of your business in a particular currency, you will also prefer to manage a mortgage in that same currency. We offer a mortgage that is available in US dollars or in euros.

Please note - a mortgage in your own currency is not an Israeli shekel mortgage linked to foreign currencies, but a loan that is managed entirely in US dollars or in euros.

 

Choose Your Own Terms

When you take a mortgage at Bank Hapoalim, the amount, period and payment terms will all be matched to your requirements and abilities.

You can choose the terms best suited to you:

·        A mortgage period of your choice: Up to 20 years, with LIBOR-based variable interest rate, plus a predefined fixed rate of interest.

·        LIBOR interest rate adjusted every month, every 3 months, or every 6 months, according to your choice.

·        Payment once a month or once a quarter (in a variable-rate loan: every 3 or 6 months), on a day of the month that is suitable for you.
